1. Product overview

SSCP series silicon carbide ceramic slurry pump is a single stage, horizontal, cantilever, single shell structure of centrifugal pump, can also be called heavy slurry pump. This type of pump is large and equipped with heavy duty bracket, suitable for conveying high concentration, large particles, high pressure, with strong wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, high temperature (≤90℃) slurry, in the maximum allowable working pressure range of the pump, can be used in multistage series. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, dredging, coal, power plants, building materials and other industrial sectors.


2. Structure and material:

2.1  the overall structure: the use of modular design, high degree of standardization, strong adaptability, widely used.

2.2  single pump shell structure: the pump head part adopts modular design, which is mainly composed of flow parts (pump cover, impeller, pump body, rear protection plate), binding plate, sealing assembly, bracket assembly, etc. The joint plate, bracket and pump body are provided with a stop, and the pump body and the joint plate, and the joint plate and bracket are connected with high-strength bolts between them.

2.3  the material of the flow parts: the flow parts (pump cover, impeller, pump body, rear protection plate) is made of high temperature sintered silicon carbide ceramics, with wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and the service life is 3 to 10 times that of high chromium alloy and stainless steel.

2.4  the structure of the flow parts: the flow parts are inseparable double-layer structure, metal (armor or skeleton) and high temperature sintered silicon carbide ceramics closely combined. The part that is not in contact with the slurry (armor or skeleton) is a high-strength metal material, which has a pressure protection effect, and the pressure capacity is greater than 1MPa; The part in contact with the slurry (wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant layer) is a high temperature sintered silicon carbide ceramic, which has the function of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant.

2.5  product versatility: SSCP series pump and AH, ZJ series slurry pump installation dimensions are exactly the same; The bracket assembly of the SSCP series pump and the AH and ZJ series slurry pump are completely universal and interchangeable.

2.6  a variety of bearing components: horizontal thin oil lubrication structure, cylinder-type grease lubrication structure, cylinder-type thin oil lubrication structure, suspension type high-power low speed structure; Pump shaft adopts dry structure and does not contact with slurry. Can be selected according to the working environment and customer needs.

2.7  sealing form: mechanical seal, packing seal, auxiliary impeller power seal.

2.8, transmission form: the pump shaft and impeller are threaded to prevent falling off. Pump and motor adopt a variety of transmission methods: coupling direct transmission, belt transmission (ZV, CV, CR, CL), gearbox transmission, coupler transmission, etc.
