ZJ type slurry pump structure characteristics


Pump body pump cover and flow parts: This series of pumps are horizontal, vertical medium form, double pump shell structure slurry pump. The pump body and cover come with a replaceable metal liner made of high chromium wear resistant alloy, which can be worn until worn out, extending service cycles and reducing operating costs. The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated at 8 angles.


Bearing assembly: The bearing assembly of the pump adopts a cylindrical structure, which is easy to adjust the clearance between the impeller and the front guard plate, and can be removed as a whole during maintenance. Bearings are lubricated with grease.


Shaft seal (seal) : the shaft seal type of the pump has packing seal, impeller seal and mechanical seal.


Transmission mode: V-shaped triangle belt transmission, elastic coupling transmission, gear reduction box transmission, hydraulic coupling transmission, variable frequency driving device, thyristor speed regulation. Among them, V-shaped triangular belt drive has CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, ZR drive.

Product characteristics


ZJ series products are designed for single stage, single suction, centrifugal slurry pump. According to the structural form, it is divided into horizontal (ZJ series) and vertical (ZJL series). Horizontal pump according to the outlet diameter is divided into 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm and other specifications; Each type of pump has different impeller diameters to choose from according to the head needs.


ZJ series slurry pump has innovation in hydraulic design, structural design, etc., the flow parts are made of self-developed high chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron, with high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, easy maintenance and other remarkable characteristics.


The pump body adopts double pump shell structure, convenient to replace the flow parts; According to the pressure needs, the outer pump shell is made of ductile iron or gray cast iron, and the inner pump shell is made of high chromium anti-wear alloy.


Seal form: ZJ series slurry pump can adopt two shaft seal forms of auxiliary impeller and packing combined seal and mechanical seal.


(1) Auxiliary impeller power seal: The auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the auxiliary impeller in series, and the packing or lip seal is used as the parking seal. When the positive pressure value at the pump inlet is not greater than 10% of the pressure value at the pump outlet, the single-stage pump or the first stage pump in series can adopt this sealing form. It can operate without shaft sealing water, does not dilute the pulp, and has good sealing effect. However, the power consumption will increase (generally about 5% of the shaft power needs to be increased). Packing seal is a common form of shaft seal, suitable for various working conditions, can match PTFE packing, graphite packing and other special materials, can be used in corrosive or high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance.


(2) Mechanical seal: the use of international leading sealing technology, sealing effect is good. The packaged structure makes installation and replacement more convenient, and different structural forms adapt to different working conditions. The friction pair material is made of high hardness ceramic and alloy materials, and the mechanical seal and sealing box are designed and matched with the flow state of the medium, so it has high anti-wear and shock resistance, and can ensure customer satisfaction under various harsh working conditions.
