LCT wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant ceramic pump is a new generation of high-efficiency desulfurization circulating pump developed by our company based on the characteristics of industrial flue gas desulfurization pumps, drawing on the design experience of solid-liquid two-phase flow pumps from foreign companies, and using modern composite ceramic technology and non-metal casting technology and other independent intellectual property rights technology.

LCC wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant ceramic pump structure characteristics

1. Pump flow parts pump body, impeller, pump cover lining or the whole core bone casting design, in which the parts in contact with the fluid medium are ceramic materials, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance;

2. With axial adjustment structure, the impeller can be conveniently adjusted to maintain the clearance between the impeller and the front cover plate, so as to maintain the high efficiency of the pump;

3. The layout of the pump is a "pull back" structure. This allows the pump to remove the impeller, mechanical seal and shaft assembly without disassembling the pump inlet and outlet pipeline, easy maintenance;

4. The pump shaft is large diameter and short shaft head, which can reduce the deflection of the shaft in the work and extend the service life of the seal;

Bearings are lubricated with thin oil. The bearings are installed in a removable bearing box with a rubber sealed circular shaft to prevent dirt and water from entering.

5. All parts of the pump in contact with the medium are made of silicon carbide ceramics, wear resistance and corrosion resistance to ensure long service life of the pump;

6. The axial adjustment device is designed to adjust the axial flow parts and always keep the system running at the efficient point;

7. There is a large conical space between the impeller and the pump cover, which can effectively prevent the solid medium from entering the shaft seal and improve the life of the shaft seal;

8. The bearing adopts rigid design, and the bearing adopts roller bearing and centripetal thrust bearing, which can withstand large radial force to ensure the stable operation of the transmission parts.
