TAH ceramic slurry pump series
TAH type pump is a cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump. It is suitable for conveying strong abrasive and high concentration slurry in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials and other industrial sectors. The mixing concentration of solid and liquid mortar is 45%, the slurry is 60%, and the medium temperature is less than 60°C. This type of pump can also be used in series in multiple stages.

TAH slurry pump structure characteristics
The shaft seal of the TAH type pump can be sealed with packing material or centrifugal seal. The pump outlet position can be installed and used according to the need to rotate eight different angles at 45° intervals.
Pump body pump cover and flow parts: This series of pumps are horizontal, vertical medium form, double pump shell structure slurry pump. The pump body and cover are equipped with a replaceable ceramic liner made of silicon carbide ceramic material, which can be used until worn out, extending the maintenance cycle and reducing operating costs.
Bearing assembly: The bearing assembly of the pump adopts a cylindrical structure, which is easy to adjust the clearance between the impeller and the front guard plate, and can be removed as a whole during maintenance. Bearings are lubricated with grease.
Shaft seal (seal) : the shaft seal type of the pump has packing seal, impeller seal and mechanical seal.
Transmission mode: V-shaped triangle belt transmission, elastic coupling transmission, gear reduction box transmission, hydraulic coupling transmission, variable frequency driving device, thyristor speed regulation. Among them, V-shaped triangular belt drive has CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, ZR drive.
